Leeds is the largest city in the county of West Yorkshire, England. Leeds is to the east of Bradford, north of Sheffield and to the south-west of York. The city forms the main area of the City of Leeds metropolitan borough, which also includes the towns of Horsforth, Morley, Otley, Pudsey, Rothwell and Wetherby. Leeds is the central city of the Leeds City Region, a classification for the city region’s metropolitan area. The city region has a population of over 3 million, making it the second most populated metropolitan city region in the United Kingdom, behind Greater London.
