Also I had a FUT-transplant 8 years ago so we decided to try to cover the old FUT-scar up with new grafts.

I finally choose Diamond Hair Clinic.

I was well receiced in the airport by a driver in his Mercedes Vito and driven to the very nice, centrally located Hotel.

The next day the driver picked me up and we went to the hospital to remove the bandage and have the first was. It was done by Dr. Mehmet and he took very good time to explain me about the transplantation and what to do the following period.

After coming back home I have a daily correspondance with Dr. Mehmet and he is interested in seeing pictures on a daily basis.

He had two other nurses that worked with him that were very kind and helpful.

Because of that, I asked the doctor to mainly focus on restoring the temples and hairline, while leaving areas with strong existing hair untouched. This would preserve more donor hair for potential future procedures and also make it easier to wear my hair short on the sides and back.

Back in the good doctors office he explained my procedure in depth. Then he explained the steps required to fully recover. He then explained the haircare and supplement package that was provided by the clinic.

It's been 8 months, and I'm waiting for my final result. It's obviously better than what I had before the operation. I know everyone's progress goes differently.

Months leading up to the procedure I had very detailed, always prompt correspondence over a week or two with the doctor’s liaison, Mahmood, who patiently answered every one of my numerous questions and concerns about the procedure on What’s App.

The hotel and transportation in Istanbul was first class and comfortable. The hotel regularly caters to hair transplant patients, so I felt relaxed walking around the hotel in the days following my HT.

Perhaps the best part was the meticulous pre-op meeting I had with Dr. Demircioglu going over exactly what he was going to do and precisely how to design my new hairline and why.

His follow-up over the next ten days was outstanding. After my first wash two days later at his office, I sent him five photos (every angle) every day for the next ten days for his analysis to make sure everything was healing properly.

Note: According to my observations Hotel and Clinic distance should be more short because there is a big traffic problem. I think clinic administration should think about that point.

In the intervening weeks between booking my appointment and my transplant, the communication from the clinic was extremely prompt and helpful.

The clinic really is attentive to your specific needs and concerns, and works hard both to accommodate them and/or reassure you if you have any questions you want to ask.

If you have any doubts or worries, I really would advise you speak with them as they are experts in the field with years of experience and they are genuinely helpful and patient in their responses.

When I arrived in Istanbul I was greeted at the airport by a driver who comfortably transported me to my hotel. In the morning of the surgery I had a delicious breakfast at the hotel and was picked up by my driver right after.

We discussed the procedure, the after care, and any other questions I had regarding the operation. Once I was satisfied with the answers we then began to shave my head and draw my new hairline.

He then carefully explained to me more in depth about my at home care process and gave me his personal number to reach him at any time with questions (which I did).

It was also pleasing to see that even though I had already paid for the surgery almost 2 weeks ago and was not even in the same country anymore, I was still being treated as though I was siting in the examination room with him.

Mehmet Demircioglu met me at the reception. This was a friendly and personalised touch. He spoke excellent English. He then took me to his office to discuss the schedule for the day, and the hairline that I wanted.

Mehmet Demircioglu then requires monthly picture updates, but I know that I can contact him any time should I have questions or issues.

Early the next morning the transfer vehicle picked me up from the hotel and took me to the clinic. I surprisingly felt very calm.

Everything was organised and taken care of. Communications were great before the HT, during and after.

A luxury transfer vehicle was waiting for me which took me to the hotel (Tryp by Wyndham Istanbul Topapi Hotel). A lovely modern hotel with great food.

Mehmet Demircioglu does put his customers’ wellbeing at the centre of everything. He continues to be available for help and support when it is required, and I have been sending him daily picture updates until the final wash.

What made Mehmet Demircioglu different from other clinics that I had engaged with was his “one patient daily” policy. He would be actively involved in the surgery and design the hairline etc. I liked his customer centric approach.

After that you pay and you go to the surgery room, where he will draw your hairline and ask you for feedback constantly, always giving his professional opinion. Once you are happy with it, the surgery will then start.

When the surgery is done you have a chat with the doctor and he will tell you how you must take care of the hair in the following weeks. Then they take you to the hotel for you to rest.

They sent me a resolution letter with my hair transplant solution within 2 weeks, I read it thoughtfully and without hesitation, I booked my flights (which is mandatory to book your surgery).

From the beginning of the consultation, I felt this was a proper one.

After the hair transplant surgery, the VIP car provided by Diamond clinic took me to my hotel.

I accommodated three-night Elite World Istanbul Hotel. Hotel location is highly central.

From the airport taxi to the hotel and hotel to hospital was very good no problems at all. And same taxi to airport was on time and efficient. the hotel was really nice, clean and the food was nice too.

The process was pretty slick, I was collected from Istanbul airport in a executive large taxi and was taken to a very good hotel in Istanbul. Generally the communications were two way using WhatsApp which worked very well.

Dr Mehmet greeted me and we spent a good hour discussing the procedure and drawing my new hairline. Nothing that I asked for was too much and I never felt rushed or pressured.

It was a long day and the procedure was uncomfortable at times. However I was really looked after during the procedure and again when returning a couple of days later for my final assessment.

After we got the results of the blood test Doctor Mehmet started drawing my hairline. He told me that we can draw and re-draw the hairline as many times as I want until I am satisfied with the results.

I started my conversation with Diamond through WhatsApp where I sent my photos and received a comprehensive report from the doctor in 2 days outlining the # of grafts that can be extracted and areas that requires implantation.

I met Dr.Mehmet Demircioglu for the first time at the hospital along with his amazing team.

The consultation took about an hour where the doctor explained the entire process, took my blood sample, drew the line on my head, and inspected my donor area.

He also provided his personal cell number to update him of my progress and ask any question that I may have.

I thought he would just tell me that I wasn't a good candidate, but after a week and a half I got a nice report with detailed explanation of the procedure and coverage amount in the frontal area versus the crown area due to limited donor hair.

Dr. Mehmet spoke English fluently and spent a good amount of time explaining the different steps in the procedure.

Prior to arrival, the driver, Emir contacted me and told me where he would be waiting and upon arrival I went to the location and he was waiting for me.

He then spend a good amount of time drawing hairline that would look natural and explained that he didn't mind spending time to get it right.

Dr. Mehmet texts me in the evening to check how I was doing. The next afternoon the driver arrives to take me back to the clinic for the first wash.

I spoke to Mahmood via Whatsapp. He was extremely polite, professional and most of all informative. He requested photos of my head and send it to Dr. Mehmet. Within a couple hours the doctor had reviewed and they emailed me a report.

After a 10 hr flight i was greeted by Emir (driver) who transported me to my hotel. He was nice and we had a pleasant conversation during our 50 min drive to the Hotel. I stayed at the World Elite Hotel in Istanbul.

The doctor at this point explained everything thoroughly and even gave me his personal number. He wanted to see photos of head on a daily basis for the first few months after that i was to send photos atleast once a week for 18 months.

No surprises , everything was as they said would happen. The doctor following up with my personally also shows how committed he is to his work.

Upon arrival at Istanbul`s airport I was picked up by driver called Emir. He is very professional and the communication with him throughout my stay in Istanbul was perfect.

When I arrived in Turkey, I was picked up from the Istanbul Airport and was contacted by one of Emir’s drivers. I had very detailed instructions on where to meet and I made it to the Limo van with ease.

I was then escorted back to the airport by Emir himself, which gave tremendous service throughout my whole trip.

He was very responsive , rapid in his reply for my messages and queries

So every thing was prepared and planned well before the travel and i would to thank Mr. Mahmud for that

I booked a flight to istanbul ; upon arrival the driver ( Mr Emir) was waiting and he dropped me in the hotel

After that Dr Mehmet start to explain the procedure in details, then he draw the front line ; he took a time for that and he was not in hurry

The drivers contacted me personally before each journey to introduce themselves and let me know what time they would be picking me up as well as sending pictures of their car so I knew I'd be getting in the right one.

When I was there he showed me the different shampoos/creams etc and explained how I should be using them and for how long.

The team arranged the hotel for me and my partner to stay at as well as transportation to and from both the airport and clinic.

This is when I had my first face to face consultation with Dr Mehmet which lasted almost an hour. Here we discussed how I wanted my hairline to look and he drew a natural looking hairline on to check I was happy with it.

He gave me his personal number so that I could ask him any questions I had after my operation. For the first 10 days after the operation I sent him progress pictures after each wash so he could see how I was getting on.

Diamond Hair Clinic came up in a lot of searches showing positive reviews so I made contact with them on Whatsapp. Dr Mehmet's assistant is a guy called Mahmoud and he is extremely helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns.

Dr Mehmet is a great guy and will make sure you get everything need by using Diamond Hair Clinic.

On my operation day, I was very well looked after by Dr Mehmet and his team.

Diamond Hair Clinic have a great driver called Emir. This man speaks great English is a really nice guy. Once again, he was extremely helpful and was always on time and waiting for you outside the hotel or hospital.

I am currently writing this 2 weeks post op.

Ultimately, I cannot comment on the full results as it is extremely early. Overall, I was extremely happy with the service I received!

We were so impressed with the initial report, which explained the procedure, using photographs to show where grafts would be put.

This was very reassuring as he took his time to plan the hairline in consultation with me and I was confident with his expertise.

The day after operation, a member of the Diamond Hair Clinic Team came direct to our hotel to wash and check my hair.

Before the beginning of the operation, I had a pre-operation consultation with the doctor face to face.

Upon arriving to Istanbul, we were collected by a fantastic transfer driver and taken to our hotel.

Upon arriving home, I sent 4 photos (of each side of head) after every washing process to doctor for checking where I was given personal advice for how to take care of my healing head.

Although it has only been 2 weeks and I have a long healing process ahead, I am pleased with my progress and definitely made the right decision choosing Dr Mehmet! Thank you.

Mahmud is the doctor's assistant and my point of contact on WhatsApp. He sent my photos to the doctor and I recieved my consultation by email the next day. Mahmud was great, he quickly answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns.

The doctor gave me his personal number to contact him directly. Dr. Demircioglu was very nice and super informative. His staff is excellent and the experience exceeds all my expectations.

All transportation and hotel reservation was scheduled and was a very easy stress free experience.

After having a 60 minute pre-operation consulation, he eased all the anxiety I had, he was very informative and confident.

I can only echo the other reviews already written by others.

The whole process is exactly as described.

Dr Mehmet is really professional and really takes his time to try and perfect your hairline before actually starting the process.

Before we started I had a pre operation consultations face to face with the doctor, it wasn’t just a five minute thing it was over 30 minutes.

From start to finish of the whole process diamond hair clinic provided transfers everywhere, from the airport – everywhere!

During the operation I couldn’t see much but the doctor was controlling the operation, afterwards he sat me down and explained in detail (i had to take notes to remember everything) everything that i had to do post operation.

As I was the only patient that day there was no rush, I skipped breakfast accidentally on the day and they even took the time to get me breakfast.

The doctor gave me his personal phone number to contact him anytime, which i have done, i’ve contacted him so much!

Everyday post operation for ten days i had to send pictures over the 4 sides of my head So that the doctor could check on my recovery process. I’m now sending one a week

I booked my flights and the clinic arranged everything. A hotel was booked for me for 3 nights and a driver picked me up from the airport to the clinic on the first day.

I like that they only have one patient a day so all the attention goes to you. I would recommend them to anyone.

Overall, I really liked the clinic, the doctor and the staff. Very professional and honest.

We then went to his office and he gave me a gift box containing shampoos, and other essentials for after care.

The second day the driver took me to the clinic and I met with the doctor and his staff. We talked about the procedure, the expectations and the outcomes.

Throughout the whole process he really made me feel comfortable and at ease. He was very patient and professional.

I would recommend them to anyone. Right now it has been 7 days sine the operation and things are looking good, can't wait to get the final results.

During this time, the Dr designed my hairline, checking that I was happy with it several times, he went through the steps of the procedure and cleared up any queries I had.

Based on my experience so far, I would definitely recommened Diamond Hair Clinic to anyone thinking about getting this procedure done. The complete package has been of a very high standard.

The next day, the Dr carried out the first wash himself, explaining in more detail what to do, how to do it and for how long it should be done. He also went through the full post-operation procedure, what I could and could not do and when.

The Dr provided me with his personal number so that I was able to contact him with any questions or doubts that I had, helping to relieve any nervousness I had with having the operation performed in another country.

The transportation was always punctual, clean, and the driver was happy to answer any questions that I had, the same as the hotel that was organised for me.

Doctor was real nice bloke, genuine and easy going demeanour and spoke good English. We had a brief in his office and took our time, no rushing. He explained the days proceedings ahead and we discussed what my expectations were.

Doctor then started the process by creating a hairline for me and stated this is crucial for operation, took a bit of time to set it right, once attained I was happy with my look and everything had been discussed so we proceeded to operation room.

Mahmud guided me for the whole pre-operation process. Mahmud is assistant of Dr Mehmet Demircioglu, and as much as I observe, he is a bridge between patients and Dr Mehmet. Mahmud was always accessible, answered fast to me on Whatsapp.

During my pre-operation consultation Dr.Mehmet Demircioglu drew me a hair line first with a pencil to show me if I liked it and explained why it was a bit curvy to give it a natural look.

Overall my experience was amazing. I am writing this review 3 days after my procedure so I don't have pictures or my growth yet. I am very hopeful that it will be good, but I was extremely satisfied with the whole process with Diamond Hair Clinic.

After getting in contact i had to send 5 pictures of my head which they evaluate. After this i sent proof of my plain ticket which in turn i recieved a detailed process of my operation.

My final day i was picked up and taken for my first wash with Dr Mehmet and given my instructions day to day.

I send my pictures personally to Dr Mehmet every day which he responds with how its looking and what to do. Somedays he has chased me as i can be rather forgetful.

After the booking process I was shown the face & vehicle reg of my taxi transfer driver who picked me up from Istanbul airport & took me to the hotel.

The following day I was taken to the hospital and the Dr undertook my wash directly. I was provided with a neck pillow and the antibiotics/drugs.

He made me feel at ease and before my operation I had a pre-operation consultation with the Dr answering my questions. Pre-photographs were taken.

Early morning he pick me up from my hotel took to the hospital and did he did the final check up did the hair wash everything and explain me what all things I need to take care and everything.

I took all transportations with their designated driver. (Airport to Hotel, Hotel to Hospital …)

Also, hotel location was very central and touristic.

I must say Dr mehmet and he’s team are extremely professional and do take there jobs and clients very seriously.

They made sure me and my wife had everything we needed throughout the day (food, drinks etc) and I honestly can’t fault any of he’s procedures.

He takes he’s time to speak to you about every little detail, and helps you understand everything.

He also arranged accommodation in a beautiful luxurious 5 star hotel call Elite world hotel Istanbul which was absolutely outstanding.

I arrived in Istanbul the night before the procedure & was met by my driver in a Mercedes Vito, I knew exactly who I was meeting as I was sent a picture on the day of the driver, again very professional & very reassuring.

We went straight to my hotel which was 5 stars, check in was simple & quick. The transfer process is so easy & an excellent service provided.

I was met by Dr. Mehmet & he fully explained the procedure, drew my new hairline and proceeded to start the procedure. All very professional & fully understood as Dr. Mehmet speaks great English.

As I was on a tight schedule, my first wash was that evening so I relaxed & was picked up by my driver & taken to the hospital. First wash done, full explanation of how to wash & given shampoo etc to take home.

Dr. Mehmet Demircioglu speaks English fluently. You can communicate with him directly and you don’t have to rely on a translator. This is very important.

Post-operation: 2 days after the operation I had my first wash. Dr. Demircioglu gave me the instruction on how to wash my head for the first 10 days (first 10 washes) and the process of removing the scabs.

He gave his direct phone number so I can contact him at any time for any questions and concerns.

Before I had a pre-operation consultation with doctor.

Doctor designed natural hairline for me, this natural hairline contain irregular areas and little waves.

Doctor did not draw un-natural and straight hairline.

After the operation my doctor gave me his personal number, and I was in constant communication with my doctor directly every day.

After the operation, during the first ten-day, after every washing process I sent my four side head photos to doctor for checking.

And now every week I am sending my hair photos to doctor for following updates and recommendations.

Dr Mehmet was the first person I met in his clinic when reaching the hospital 9 oclock in the morning. We had a very pleasant talk. He seemed very experienced and answered all my questions.

And now 9 days later Dr Mehmet daily checks with me the results.

So my overall verdict up till now has been great.

I was met directly at the airport and chauffeur driven to a 5 star hotel. My room was excellent, came with breakfast, and I helped my nervous and anxiety.

I was met in the morning and taken to the clinic. I was the doctors only patient – and he also had 2 support nurses with him. This made me feel like I was the focus, and that it would be done right.

I will reserve the outcome feedback as it was only recent – but I am also extremely impressed with the focus on aftercare and my wellbeing.
