Effective 5 November 2026. These terms apply to the Diamond Hair Clinic YouTube desktop app, operated by Diamond Hair Clinic for authorized clinic staff.
Access and authorization
The app is awaiting Google OAuth verification and is not open for public registration. Google controls authorization and may decline access. Keep Advanced Protection enabled. The app provides no promise that Google will approve the integration.
Use the app only for the clinic channel you are authorized to manage. Review the app privacy policy before accepting the current policy version and authorizing Google access.
Uploads
You are responsible for your authority to upload each selected video, the accuracy of its title and description, rights to the material, required consent and the chosen audience and visibility settings. Review public, private or unlisted visibility and subscriber notifications before approving the exact request.
The app uploads only the selected, reviewed file and settings. A successful API response does not by itself establish that processing has completed or that public playback works. If an upload result is uncertain, investigate it before preparing another submission. The app refuses to repeat a dispatched operation.
Platform rules
By using this app, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The app uses YouTube API Services. Google’s handling of information is explained in the Google Privacy Policy.
Security and deletion
Keep your macOS account and Keychain protected. Do not disclose passwords, client secrets, tokens or authorization codes. Keep daily retention maintenance available, and use the app’s disconnect control when access is no longer needed.
Disconnecting removes app-owned local working data and stored channel credentials. It does not delete original source files or videos from YouTube. Requests for support or app-data deletion can be sent through Contact Us.
Availability and changes
The app depends on Google services, network access and local maintenance. Access or features may be unavailable while verification, authorization or an operational problem is unresolved. Changes to these terms will carry a new effective date and policy version.
