He was very friendly and professional and explained to me what would happen during the surgery. Moreover, he gave me a choice regarding the distribution of the hair grafts on my scalp.

Dr Mehmet spent great amount of time discussing about the hair line which is a key part of this procedure. His attention to detail and always thinking about patients perspective impressed me.
This was a really thorough, two-way discussion about the various things to take into consideration, as the doctor skilfully balanced what I had in mind with his professional advice and guidance.
After that you pay and you go to the surgery room, where he will draw your hairline and ask you for feedback constantly, always giving his professional opinion. Once you are happy with it, the surgery will then start.
This process was really interactive and iterative. Dr Mehmet Demircioglu continuously asked for my feedback with every alteration he made to the hairline.
Diamond Hair was the only clinic asking for medications, treatments I've done before, and other type of questions that make me feel confident on the professionalism that they practice with their clients.
After we got the results of the blood test Doctor Mehmet started drawing my hairline. He told me that we can draw and re-draw the hairline as many times as I want until I am satisfied with the results.
The consultation took about an hour where the doctor explained the entire process, took my blood sample, drew the line on my head, and inspected my donor area.
I thought he would just tell me that I wasn't a good candidate, but after a week and a half I got a nice report with detailed explanation of the procedure and coverage amount in the frontal area versus the crown area due to limited donor hair.

Everything was so professional in the operation room, and all the processes were explained by the doctor patiently while a hairline was being designed to suit my face. The clinic is clean and modern.

Doctor was real nice bloke, genuine and easy going demeanour and spoke good English. We had a brief in his office and took our time, no rushing. He explained the days proceedings ahead and we discussed what my expectations were.

The entire time of the extraction of the hair graphs Dr Mehmet would come in and out of the operating room to check and see how I was doing which was very reassuring and professional.
Dr Mehmet Demircioglu every now and then updated on what percentage of extraction is complete, post extraction procedure he had already arranged for lunch break with rich meal.
He encouraged me to ask as many questions as I needed, making sure I felt completely comfortable and informed before moving forward. His approachable and patient demeanor really set a positive tone for the day.
They never tried to push me into a decision or rush the process. There was no sales pitch, no urgency, just clear answers and supportive dialogue, which made the whole interaction feel very professional and genuine.
Dr. Mehmet thoroughly explained everything about the procedure and really seemed to care about my questions and concerns and really seemed to take my input into account.
On the day of the surgery, I was quite nervous, but Dr. Demircioğlu was present most of the time and helped to reassure me. We spent an hour discussing the hairline design, and together we finalized the best approach.
The consolation we discussed what I was looking for and he made helpful suggestions. He was part of the whole day and I was his only patient. I felt nervous at the beginning of the day but he kept me calm and informed.
Dr. Demircioglu spoke fluent English since this enabled him to really understand my needs and wants for the procedure and allowed us to have a much deeper consultation about everything associated with it.
Finally but not least, the physician, Dr Mehmet Demircioglu is a true Gem, a very caring physician, preoccupied with the best of interests of his patient, in this case myself. He made me feel right at home and in comfort prior to the procedure.
I was amazed ,Dr. Mehmet was there by himself . He took me into their cabin and we had long talk there. Where is clears all my doubts ,i was so pleased that Dr himself is there for me .
It was a long day and the procedure was uncomfortable at times. However I was really looked after during the procedure and again when returning a couple of days later for my final assessment.
It was a very long day which you have to prepare yourself for which is probably why I found it challenging. I was constantly being asked if I was alright and could request toilet breaks (thank goodness).
After we finished, they bandaged me up and I went back to Dr. Memhet's office and we had an hour debrief. We went over medication and washing procedures. He gave me his personal number so I can contact him at any time.
Post-procedure, he spent nearly two hours explaining aftercare: when to use what products, what I can and cannot do, and a general framework for recovery.
He also gave me a realistic timeline about the final results post transplant as people often expect the results immediately which doesn't happen in the field of medicine.
He then carefully explained to me more in depth about my at home care process and gave me his personal number to reach him at any time with questions (which I did).
After the surgery, I was given detailed instructions on post-operative care, particularly the importance of avoiding any bumps to the head in the first few days. Dr. Mehmet even made me practice some precautions to ensure I followed them correctly.
After the operation the doctor explained the post operation instructions and gave me his direct number to contact him if I had any questions or concerns.
Back in the good doctors office he explained my procedure in depth. Then he explained the steps required to fully recover. He then explained the haircare and supplement package that was provided by the clinic.
The doctor at this point explained everything thoroughly and even gave me his personal number. He wanted to see photos of head on a daily basis for the first few months after that i was to send photos atleast once a week for 18 months.
He spoke in great detail with me about the aftercare procedure and gave me his direct number if i had any questions or problems and instructed me to send him daily pictures to update him with my progress.
During the operation I couldn’t see much but the doctor was controlling the operation, afterwards he sat me down and explained in detail (i had to take notes to remember everything) everything that i had to do post operation.
The next day, the Dr carried out the first wash himself, explaining in more detail what to do, how to do it and for how long it should be done. He also went through the full post-operation procedure, what I could and could not do and when.
Post-operation: 2 days after the operation I had my first wash. Dr. Demircioglu gave me the instruction on how to wash my head for the first 10 days (first 10 washes) and the process of removing the scabs.
For the first 10 days, I sent daily photos for his review and received timely feedback. I continue to have the ability to ask questions directly, which has provided great peace of mind.
His follow-up over the next ten days was outstanding. After my first wash two days later at his office, I sent him five photos (every angle) every day for the next ten days for his analysis to make sure everything was healing properly.
At this point, I’m a few weeks out from the procedure and very satisfied so far. Of course, the real results will take months to show, but based on everything I’ve experienced up to now, I have no regrets.
What really stood out is that I’ve been in constant contact with Dr. Demircioglu since the procedure. He has been incredibly responsive, answering all of my questions as quick as he can and providing additional advice whenever needed.
He gave me his personal number and we were in daily contact, offering his support, advice and appraisal of progress for two weeks post surgery (I must also update on a monthly basis for the next eighteen months so that he can assess progress).
Dr. Demircioglu stayed in close contact with me via WhatsApp, providing daily check-ins and quick responses to any questions, which made the healing process much less stressful.
I was impressed by his attention to details as he would often advice me to modify some of the post op treatment after looking at the pictures. He was very prompt in answering to my queries from his personal contact number.
He asked me to send him five photos every day during the healing process—front, sides, back, and top—so that he could monitor my progress and provide feedback. And he does this personally.
And even afterward, I was in direct WhatsApp contact with Dr. Demircioglu himself. I still send my headshots to the doctor monthly and get his assessments about my progress.
I would send pictures daily to Dr. Mehmet and he would give his feedback. He is very responsive, thorough, and patient with his responses. This helped calm my nerves significantly through this period.
Although it's still early to judge the outcome, I am starting to see some progress after having my hair transplant procedure done 2.5 months ago. From what I can tell so far, it seems like only a waiting game at this point.
He gave me his personal number so that I could ask him any questions I had after my operation. For the first 10 days after the operation I sent him progress pictures after each wash so he could see how I was getting on.
Upon arriving home, I sent 4 photos (of each side of head) after every washing process to doctor for checking where I was given personal advice for how to take care of my healing head.
I send my pictures personally to Dr Mehmet every day which he responds with how its looking and what to do. Somedays he has chased me as i can be rather forgetful.
I am in direct contact with Dr Mehmet Demircioglu via phone and whatsapp, which also adds even more peace of mind that he is on hand to answer any questions or queries I have during this period.
After coming back home I have a daily correspondance with Dr. Mehmet and he is interested in seeing pictures on a daily basis.
I definately feel like I have full attention and not forgotten after I am out of the door.
Its been nearly 4 months and my shedding almost finished and I can see that implanted hairs growing very well every day.

A little over 11 months after surgery
A little over 11 months have passed since my surgery, and as you can tell from the attached photos there has already been quite some improvement compared to how my hair looked pre-op.
Throughout the entire journey, I have always felt that I could approach Dr. Mehmet with any questions and now 16 months later I can happily report that I’m very satisfied with my result.
It is now almost a year since I had done my fue hair transplant operation in 11 months ago. I am pretty thrilled with the ultimate result of the fue surgery.
It's been 8 months, and I'm waiting for my final result. It's obviously better than what I had before the operation. I know everyone's progress goes differently.
